OVERVIEW Thursday, December 6, 2007   Welcome and thank you for watching...     What you have watched on the clip above is the first camera animation test for one of the scenes that will make up this mini-production.  The concept is based on one of the works by Lebbeus Woods in Sarajevo.  Originally designed by Ivan Straus, the structure was damaged by conflict and today it is back to its original state.  However, we find Woods approach much more interesting and inspirational; enough to create this ambitious project.     Derived from sketches and photos of the building, a series of CAD drawings were developed in order to create the 3d model with as much exactitude as possible.  A series of different models will make up this generic city in which the building will come alive.     We hope to see you soon; and please visit us at insomnia3d studio for other projects and news.http://lebbeuswoods.net/http://www.insomnia3d.com/shapeimage_7_link_0shapeimage_7_link_1
